Nail of the day: "Nude Sparkle"

I am wearing "Barefoot in barcelona" with "Save me" as a top coat. I love this combo so much, it is the perfect mix between edgy and classic.

Mac naturally collection review

I think this collection hit austrian stores one or two weeks ago and i just HAD to buy something of it. The two things i purchased are the mineralized blush in the shade "Subtle breeze" and the mineralized eyeshadow in "Cloudy afternoon".

"Subtle breeze" is a light plumy pink that is really pigmented and applies really smooth. It feels really light and silky on my skin and is a really nice every day neutral colour.

And of course i had to buy a mineralized eyeshadow because shimmery eyeshadows are kind of my thing. :) This is probably the most talked about product eye shadow from this collection. In the pan it looks green, blue, ivory and even pink. When you swatch it, it is a gorgeous frosty silvery taupe colour that is the purrrr-fect winter.

PS: i also thought about buying the "Blonde" mineralized skin finish but it turned out to be too shimmery as a blush and too pink as a highlight... Anyways, i LOVE this collection and i am sooooo glad i got those two items, i couldn't be happier :)

Powdery pastels and retro looks for spring!!

The new ad campains from louis vuitton and prada show us the two new trends of spring/summer 2012: Retro and pastels. Which is exactly what i LOVE. After the last louis vuitton collection, some people might think that the retro trend is done, done and DONE, but that is wrong. Prada and louis vuitton surprise us with "pin up" makeup and hair, fresh mint (my favourite colour for spring), baby pink and powdery lemon shades, ice cream, flowers, feathers and a new lighter version of the iconic louis vuitton purse. That feels like a breeze of fresh air! Even though i could never afford ANY of this stuff it is still a great inspiration for creating my own spring looks! So what do you think about pastels and retro?

NOTT: Enchanted...

This is "Divine swine" from the OPI miss piggy collection. OMG. This is like a nail polish dream come true!!! I am totally in love with this! It is pink, glittery aaaand it has little sequins in it! It is SO unique!!

Spotlight on... Top knots!!!!!

A top knot is something, you can always wear, even on a bad hair day! There are a hundred ways to wear this look, messy, clean and chic, with or wihout bangs, with a hairbow... It always looks super cute!!
Tip: Pair it with matte pink or red lipstick and an oversized Top!! For shoes i would go for something girly like flats or heels but you could also wear bikerboots to spice the whole look up!!! Just do not wear shoes, that are sporty in any way!!!

Maybelinne Colour Senstaional Lipstain- Review

I have been looking for a bright pink lip colour/gloss/stick lately, that stays on long enough and i finally found a resolution. I got this for Christmas from my friends (if you are reading this, i love you guuuyyyys :D) and i am sooo happy with this!! First of all it smells like rasberry, second the pink is purrrr-fect for me because it is a really festive colour for the holidays, and third: it stays on really long. It is super pigmented and i love that it feels really light! But i would recommend to wear a good chaptick on top because it has a water-y consistancy, which can be a little bit drying. And if you prefer a glossier finish, just wear a clear lipgloss over it.

So i would DEFINETELY recommend this product if you love makeup, then this is a MUST in you collection!!

My favourite accesorizes for this season!!!

Do you know these accesorizes, that just light up your whole outfit and make it complete even if you are wearing something really boring? Some accesorizes seemto have magical powers to me... An outfit without any accesorizes is like a christmas tree without any decorations. It is nice too but decorating it is just much more fun!!! I am not saying, that you should overload your outfit with jewelery. The important thing is to find your favourite and unique accesorizes that fit you and your style well. Here i am going to show you my favourite trends at the moment... Yup, they have feathers. (Big surprise, huh?) But they are also chic and classic so i can wear them in the colder months too.

If I was an anímal, i think i would be an owl. Seriously, they are my favourite animals! :) (Oh, did i forget to tell you that i am in love with that ring?)

Shoes????

It was for me choosing on pair, since i am actually a girl, that tends to wear flats (mainly because i am so tall). These shoes are just all i ever wanted (sounds cheesy?) but really!
